I've had this set for a good year, everything still works perfectly. The cap of the mug is a bit rusty but nothing bad. Frother still works and straws look as new. The reviews here seem to be a bit overexaggerated to me. The only negative thing about this all is the mug since it cannot handle hot liquids.

Love the set, but this is the second time ordering one with a problem. First set we purchased for my daughter. The glass was broken on the rim under the cap. She had to wait to use it till we got another glass. This set I just bought as a gift for my niece and it’s missing the rubber ring where the straw goes through the cap. Hoping it’ll be fine so as it’s a gift and I don’t wanna have to wait for a new one to come in. At least this one is a minor problem. other than that it’s a great set. My daughter’s has lasted quite a while and she loves it. Excited for my niece to get hers as she has been begging for this set.

I am disappointed, for a set at such a price the quality of the cup is tragic, the cap is already rusting, it is wearing out from the inside, the glass is as ordinary as from a "pound" matcha as matcha is nothing special (so I will keep looking for the best one!) the frother is also ordinary which can be bought anywhere and I am also surprised that there was not even any small gift included.

This is a cute set and the matcha seems high quality. The frother/mixer works great to get it all dissolved and mixed. I’m a matcha girl so 10/10 for me. The shipping took 2 weeks and to find the tracking number was annoying. I buy Bloom’s matcha now. Bloom’s packaging and shipping times are sensible and less than half the price of buying one matcha with Chamberlain.

Never came. Boo! When I tried to contact chamberlain about my order I was left with crickets. I ended up reordering through Amazon (it’s a gift for my daughter) otherwise I would just have taken the loss and warned others away :( but I guess I’m double the sucker/mark cause here I am hoping that Amazon will at least issue me a refund when/if you fail me again.

If you are debating were to start, I’ll tell you: here. It’s a good starter pack, straws are very nice, thin, nice to touch, vanilla matcha is fine, not very flavourish, but nice, hadn’t had issues with cup, but be careful an DO NOT USE IT WITH HOT WATER BE CAREFUL.Overall nice, I like it. Looking forward for more nice matcha bundles, I’d be glad if there were a few more options with different cups and maybe some other goodies. Oh and also can’t wait to try 3 new matcha drinks

Everything came well packaged, nothing damaged. The frother works just fine with double AA batteries and it's pretty strong to make sure the matcha is blended just fine. I don't own a sifter for matcha, or the traditional bamboo whisk for it - but this gets the job done remarkably well.The matcha has a nice taste, is it the best around? Personally for me it compares to the other Japanese ceremonial grade, if a bit knocked down. For starters however, I recommend it. I add a double teaspoon for a venti sized Starbucks tumbler I have to it, some oatmilk and a dash of sweet creamer - I am still able to taste the matcha.The mason jar mug is very nice - NOTE on it however, DO NOT make your matcha in it! The glass does not appear to be made for the temperature required for matcha, you're going to get broken glass. Besides that, I'll be buying the other flavors of matcha to try.
